Usability represents everything that makes an application comfortable, secure and effective to use.
Optimization of the usability of a Web application increases its efficiency. The importance of usability is often underestimated in the process of Web interface development, and this oversight often makes further revisions necessary at the end of the project. Because usability considerations have a significant impact on the architecture of an application, it makes sense to work usability into the initial project analysis.
The question of security is implicit in matters of usability. The security of a Web application is based on the security of data transmission and the security of use and treatment of information. An optimized interface makes it possible to manipulate information with total security ; that is, in a way such that data can be inserted or modified without risk of loss or corruption.
We offer this type of service within the framework of our Web conception projects. We also offer auditing and advisory services in matters of usability.

Web accessibility is defined by a series of accessibility norms. In establishing the ergonomics of a Web interface, multiple factors must be taken into account in order to make the interface accessible to all users, including handicapped individuals working with modified computers. These factors include, among others, the colors and shapes of the navigational elements. The fact that an application is accessible should not, in any case, restrain its functionalities. Reciprocally, the functionalities of an application should not hinder its accessibility. Accessibility and the graphic design of a Web application must be compatible. The graphic design of a Web application should therefore always include consideration of matters of accessibility in order to avoid ergonomic conflict.
Optimization of accessibility is key in the quest for top quality (balance between ergonomics, graphic design, and accessibility).
